"Absence de sac poubelle dans les poubelles. Bouilloire très entartrée. une cafetière à dosettes serait la bienvenue. Une entreprise de travaux dans la salle de gym en bas de l’immeuble qui ne respecte pas les horaires de travaux et nous réveille dés 7h du matin le samedi."

"This apartment was clean and very comfortable. The beds were lovely, the shower excellent. There was a dishwasher and a good fridge and freezer. Sitting in the balcony reading our books was lovely and the Wi-Fi worked well. The supermarket - although small was well stocked and close by. The bakery was excellent and easy to pop across to to get your morning croissants. The restaurant nearby was equally excellent but only served food at lunch and not in the evenings. Easy to adapt though - We ate lunch instead. Food was excellent"

"The apartment was far too far out of the centre. It was a long walk and became quite a chore. The car park was a nightmare! Far too tight for my large car and really challenging to get round. The apartment, although lovely did need more equipment adding such as sharp veg knives and chopping boards, if you want to cook there. There is also no washing machine, not that this caused a problem for us! Although there was a dishwasher there were no tablets available for this - we usually take our own so again not a problem for us but worth noting. We also had to buy loo roll as we very quickly ran out. Again not a huge issue but annoying! The road it is on is very noisy. Finally we had to go into the centre of Caen on a really busy Sat afternoon to collect the key from a supermarket. This was a complete nightmare! I was told over and over that someone would meet me at the apartment with the key etc but this was not true! The supermarket had no car park and street parking was dreadful. Had to go round the block 3 times before I found a parking space then was greeted by quite a grumpy man who gave me the key. This was really not good and didn’t start the holiday off well."

"Clean, new and spacious apartment. The living room is quite roomy with 3-piece sofa set along with a large screen TV, that has streaming services. The balcony is an added bonus. Though not exactly in the city center, its walkable distance. Parking space available, for those driving. The beds are very comfortable. Though communicating with the concierge service is sometimes inconvenient, they are very responsive."

"Main issue, for a tourist apartment, it is compulsory to have a washing machine, which is absent. For longer stays, this might be a challenge. Not many pots and pans available for home cooking. And some basic provisions should be provided. Another thing to note - there is no supermarket/ convenience store nearby, or for that matter many restaurants. You need to walk to the old town area."
